Overview

GridIron Duels LLC sells virtual currency (Coins) and digital cosmetic items for use within the GridIron Duels platform. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. This policy explains your rights and any exceptions that may apply.

Important: Coins and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. This platform does not constitute gambling.

Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins are a virtual currency used within GridIron Duels to purchase cosmetic items, Battle Pass access, and other in-game features. When you purchase a Coin package:

  • • Coins are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation
  • • Coin purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account
  • • Unused Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • • Coins are forfeited upon account termination due to violations of our Terms of Service

Exception: Failed Transactions

If your payment was processed by Stripe but Coins were not credited to your account, please contact us within 72 hours with your transaction reference. We will investigate and credit your account or issue a full refund for the failed delivery.

Battle Pass

Battle Pass purchases grant access to a season of progression rewards. These purchases are non-refundable once the Battle Pass has been activated on your account.

If you purchased a Battle Pass and have not yet activated or used any of its rewards, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at admin@gridiron-duels.com.

Cosmetic Items

Cosmetic items (avatars, card skins, celebration effects, etc.) purchased with Coins are non-refundable once added to your account. This applies whether the items were purchased directly or unlocked through the Battle Pass.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or account credits in the following situations:

Duplicate Purchase

If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with both transaction IDs. We will verify and refund the duplicate charge.

Unauthorized Purchase

If a purchase was made on your account without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will work with you and Stripe to investigate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Service Unavailability

If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to a fault on our end, we will consider account credit or partial refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at admin@gridiron-duels.com with the following information:

  • • Your GridIron Duels username and registered email address
  • • The date of purchase
  • • The Stripe transaction or receipt ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • • Forfeiture of all Coins, cosmetics, and Battle Pass access
  • • A permanent ban from the platform

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
